Start up
1. Reset all buttons on the control screen and adjust the speed control lever to the idle position
2. Turn the key to the open position and press the start button to start the diesel generator.
3. Slowly increase the speed control handle until the voltage reaches 400V; Tighten the fixed handle nut when the frequency is 50 Hz, and the generator runs normally.
4. Under normal circumstances, the diesel generator should be started once or three times. If the diesel generator set cannot be started three times, the fault indicator light on the control panel will light up. At this time, the cause should be identified and the fault should be eliminated before starting.
5. After starting the car, check for noise or vibration, oil leakage, water leakage, and abnormal display on the control screen. Within 10-15 seconds of starting up, the oil pressure should reach the normal range (35~60p. s.i.). If there is any abnormal situation, corresponding rectification should be made. After normal operation, close the main switch of the generator to start power supply.
