1. Fully automatic operation process:
Turn on the power switch.
After waiting for the LCD screen to start, place the "manual/automatic" switch in the "automatic (electric)" position.
Press the "AUTO" button on the controller to enter the self starting standby mode of the unit. When the mains power is lost, the unit will automatically start, and after building pressure and idling, it will automatically accelerate to a stable state. The controller sends instructions, and the ATS switch delivers electrical energy to the energy storage equipment. After the restoration of mains power, the unit will automatically shut down and remain in a ready to start state at any time.
2. Pure manual operation process:
Turn on the power switch.
Place the "manual/automatic" switch in the "manual" position.
Press the "Manual" and "Start" buttons on the display screen to start the generator set.
After the voltage and frequency stabilize, use the manual handle to switch the ATS to the power generation state, and the electrical energy is transmitted to the energy storage equipment.
When shutting down, press the "emergency stop" button to reset the emergency stop button after the unit has come to a complete stop, and then press the "Stop" button on the controller.
Functions of microcomputer monitoring system
The microcomputer monitoring system can display and monitor various parameters of the diesel generator in real time, including normal start, emergency start, normal shutdown, emergency shutdown and other functions. The system uses RS232 communication port or MODEM to communicate with the upper computer, achieving telemetry, remote communication, and remote control functions. Various measures were taken in the system design to enhance anti-interference performance and reliability, such as using voltage frequency conversion chips, high-speed optocoupler isolation, and monitoring chips for voltage monitoring.
Main functions and technical features of the system
1. Automatic detection and display: Real time monitoring of various parameters of diesel generators, such as three-phase voltage, three-phase current, power factor, frequency, etc.
2. Automatic control: The excitation regulator adjusts the generator voltage, the speed regulator controls the diesel engine speed, and the power manager controls the start, stop, grid connection, and load distribution.
3. Fault alarm: Display various fault alarm indicators to ensure the safety and reliability of system operation.
4. ATS automatic switching: Automatically start the generator set when the mains power is interrupted, and automatically switch back to mains power supply after mains power is restored, ensuring the continuity and stability of power supply.
