1. Ensure sufficient cooling water: Before starting the generator, it is necessary to ensure sufficient cooling water. If there is no cooling water in the water tank or if cooling water is added after starting, it may cause important components such as hot cylinder liners and cylinder heads to explode or deform due to sudden cooling. The correct approach is to add warm water at around 60 ℃ for preheating before starting.
2. Check fuel and oil: Ensure that the fuel is sufficient and free of impurities, and the oil level is within the normal range. If there is insufficient fuel or impurities, it will cause the generator to fail to start normally or operate unstably. Meanwhile, the oil level and quality of the engine directly affect its lubrication and protection, and must be checked and replaced regularly.
3. Avoid starting without water or adding boiling water suddenly: When starting the generator, if there is no cooling water in the water tank, do not add cooling water after starting, as this will cause the hot cylinder liner, cylinder head and other components to explode or deform due to sudden cooling. The correct approach is to add an appropriate amount of cooling water before starting, and ensure that the water temperature is between 60-70 ℃.
These precautions help ensure the smooth start-up and long-term stable operation of Weifang generators, reducing the risk of malfunctions and damage.
