Huaquan generators, but some operators like to set the outlet water temperature very low, some close to the lower limit of the outlet water temperature, and some less than the lower limit. They believe that if the water temperature is low, there will be no cavitation in the water pump, the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted, and there is a safety factor in use.
In fact, as long as the water temperature does not exceed 95℃, cavitation will not occur, and the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted. On the contrary, if the water temperature is too low, it will be extremely harmful to the operation of the diesel engine.
1. The temperature is low, the combustion conditions of the diesel in the cylinder deteriorate, the fuel atomization is poor, the combustion period after ignition increases, the engine works roughly, aggravates the damage of parts such as crankshaft bearings and piston rings, reduces power, and reduces economy.
2. The water vapor after combustion is easy to condense on the cylinder wall, causing metal corrosion.
3. The diesel that comes to burn may dilute the engine oil and deteriorate the lubrication.
4. The fuel is not completely burned and forms colloid, causing the piston ring to get stuck in the piston ring groove, the valve to get stuck, and the pressure in the cylinder to decrease at the end of compression.
5. The water temperature is too low, the oil temperature is also low, the oil becomes thicker, the fluidity becomes worse, the oil pump pumps less oil, resulting in insufficient oil supply to the generator set, and the crankshaft bearing clearance becomes smaller, resulting in poor lubrication.
